Delivery & Returns
Our jewellery is individually handmade to order. We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment but delays may occur during holiday periods or where particular components are out of stock. In such cases we will inform you by email and give you the option of a full refund if you find the delay unacceptable.
All orders will be despatched by First Class Royal Mail and charged at £3.00 for jewellery orders and £1.00 for greeting card orders with an additional £0.50 for each additional card.
If you require your order to be despatched to a non-UK address, please contact us by email for delivery prices and timescales before ordering.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return items of jewellery to us, please read this returns policy carefully.
Any returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order from us.
For reasons of health, safety and hygiene, refunds cannot be given on earrings for pierced ears. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds will only be given if the returned items are in the original, resaleable condition that they were sent to you, unworn and unused.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of postage and the value of the goods you are returning. We strongly recommend that any items returned to us are securely packaged and sent by registered post and with proof of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any losses made by the postal service. In cases of loss of items by the postal service it will be your responsibility to make a claim against Royal Mail.
